Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production has begun and the order cannot be refunded.

Damages: If your set was damaged during transit, please contact us at Staypolishedbymegan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

Production & Shipping Times

Turnaround Time: Each set is hand-painted and sculpted to order. Production time is 7-14 business days before shipping.

Sizing Kits: Sizing kits ship within 2 business days to ensure you can get your measurements quickly.

Shipping: Once shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
